This workshop is designed to help participants live more compassionately. Each participant will be invited to work towards forming habits that are kinder, gentler, more compassionate and mindful, leading to a lifetime habit of mindfulness and compassion for self and others.
Some experience of mindfulness and meditation is preferable.
