The Healing Power of Presence took place in Dzogchen Beara Buddhist Retreat Centre on 18th and 19th May and was a hugely successful event with 120 people in attendence.
The retreat drew on inspiration from John Welwood and David Whyte, in particular. Through poetry, practice and some reflective teaching, it offered participants an experience of Self that lies beyond story and beyond words.

Out of presence with anger, strength often emerges; out of presence with sorrow, compassion; out of presence with fear, courage and groundedness; out of presence with emptiness, expansive spaciousness and peace.” John Welwood
