Waiting for the Light - A Winter Reflection

We have a wonderful line up of contemporary speakers for you this year, with a range of backgrounds.  They will share their wisdom and experience of embracing darkness, as we wait for the arrival of brighter days, using the themes of Hope, Peace, Joy and Love.

We invite you to join us over four Saturday mornings for our month-long, online Winter Reflection that coincides with Advent. We will explore the benefits of slowing down, letting go and resting, as we prepare for the return of the light.  This is a fundraising event for the Sanctuary, which we have held for the last number of years.

Guest speakers are Sr. Stan, Tony Bates, Dominic Cogan and Padraig O'Tuama

Focus Ireland Annual Report Launch

Focus Ireland's 2015 Annual Report was launched today by Minister for Housing Simon Coveney at the charity’s newly redeveloped housing in Stanhope Green in Dublin.

The Art of Being Still - 6 Week Course with Sr. Stan

This six week evening foundation course facilitated by Sr. Stan offers participants the opportunity to develop the art of meditation. Commencing on Monday 12th September at 7pm.

On Monday 20th June Mental Health Ireland will hold their annual Solstice Wellbeing Day. The event will take place at 6.45pm at The Labyrinth, DCU, Glasnevein, D9 with Sr. Stan sharing a reflection and leading a meditation on the evening. All welcome.
