The Sanctuary Conference which takes place on Tuesday 10th May will explore how cultivating Loving Kindness and Compassion for oneself can be a stable foundation for ‘Carers’ and those working in the Caring Profession.
The keynote speaker is Sharon Salzberg a meditation teacher and New York Times best-selling author.
Sr. Stan discusses the practice of mindfulness, how we can learn mindfulness and how we can become more mindful in our daily lives.
